Established in 2013, hm overseas is primarily a machine made carpet weaving enterprise. But the company first started its business of making woven fabric in the early 90s on conventional shuttle looms under the name hm loomtex and later on moved to yd rapier looms weaving upholstery fabric. Hm overseas is the youngest branch of hm group which primarily manufactures light weight area rugs and carpets on yd van de wiele machines.
