We engage in manufacturing of textiles and garments withstate-of-the-art infrastructure. The scope of Mandhana’s business includes designing, weaving, processing, printing and garment manufacturing. The Unit boasts a capacity of 43 lac kgs p.a. and is spread over a leased land of 40,565 sq. meters on MIDC long term basis ending on 2071. The machines are imported from Fongs, Lorris Bellini and can serve a variety of yarn qualities like 100 % cotton, cotton/polyester blends, 100% polyester filament yarns, viscose, cotton viscose blends and other yarns. Its strategic locations allows for sea discharge of effluent waste making it environmentally viable.The weaving unit is leased on MIDC long term up to 2081 and is spread over 7,800 sq. mts. The C 2 weaving capacity is 300 lac meters p.a. and that of E-33 unit is 84 lac meters p.a. Two types of shuttle less weaving looms are used. Air jet looms from Picanol and Toyota and Rapier looms from Picanol and Gamex. The C-2 unit has 159 Airjet and 128 Rapier looms and the E -33 unit has 76 Airjet looms.
